shares its Voting Rights on HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Deutschland,
have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on May 06, 2013 and on
that day amounted to 3.545% (this corresponds to 6646660 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 3.438%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6446660 Voting Rights) is to be
