With letter of May 14, 2013, we have been notified of the following:
1. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership,
Milwaukee, USA, in the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, Artisan Partners
Limited Partnership held 5.001% in relation to all voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights arising from 9,377,472 ordinary shares
(Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan
Partners Limited Partnership pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Artisan Investments GP LLC, Milwaukee, USA,
in the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded
the threshold of 5%. On that date, Artisan Investments GP LLC held 5.001%
in relation to all voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights
arising from 9,377,472 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting
rights were attributable to Artisan Investments GP LLC pursuant to section
22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
3. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee,
USA, in the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, Artisan Partners Holdings LP
held 5.001% in relation to all voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting
rights arising from 9,377,472 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Artisan Partners Holdings LP pursuant to
section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
4. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Artisan Partners Asset Management Inc.,
Milwaukee, USA, in the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg,
Germany, exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, Artisan Partners Asset
Management Inc. held 5.001% in relation to all voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights arising from 9,377,472 ordinary shares
(Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan
Partners Asset Management Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
5. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Artisan Investment Corporation, Milwaukee,
USA, in the voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany,
exceeded the threshold of 5%. On that date, Artisan Investment Corporation
held 5.001% in relation to all voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting
rights arising from 9,377,472 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such
voting rights were attributable to Artisan Investment Corporation pursuant
to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
6. On May 9, 2013, the stake of ZFIC, Inc., Milwaukee, USA, in the voting
rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 5%. On that date, ZFIC, Inc. held 5.001% in relation to all voting
rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights arising from 9,377,472
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
ZFIC, Inc. pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
7. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler, USA, in the voting
rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 5%. On that date, Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler held 5.001% in relation to all
voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights arising from 9,377,472
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
Mr. Andrew A. Ziegler pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
8. On May 9, 2013, the stake of Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler, USA, in the voting
rights in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, exceeded the threshold
of 5%. On that date, Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler held 5.001% in relation to all
voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG (voting rights arising from 9,377,472
ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to
Ms. Carlene M. Ziegler pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
