Rheingalerie Mall
The bold architecture of the Rheingalerie Mall has transformed the face of Ludwigshafen's inner-city.
The architects were strongly inspired by the elemental force of water. The wave-like roof canopy and undulating interior spaces pay tribute to the adjacent Rhine River. Shoppers can visit some 130 shops and restaurants while strolling the stunning interior promenade of this two-story mall, which boasts over 30,000 m2 of retail space.
HeidelbergCement supplied one third of the concrete needed.
