Supply Chain Suite Business Analyst (f/m/d)

For our HDigital department we are looking for a Supply Chain Suite Business Analyst (f/m/d) who will report directly to the Supply Chain Suite Team Manager.

With a focus on operations & service delivery this position is responsible for the analysis, requirement specification and enhancement of global HDigital applications.

Provide direction and guidance to enable solutions that meet the business needs. Support other HDigital teams in becoming true business partners. Promote the goal of an ‘HDigital’ culture to ensure seamless processes and communication between the various IT groups is achieved.

Your next challenge

  • Evaluate, select and implement existing / new HDigital solutions and features for company-wide use
  • Participate and be responsible to rollout the products in different countries and country organization units
  • Organize, facilitate, and document requirement in workshops
  • Coordinate, communicate and test new requirements/changes together with external vendors and partners
  • Compliance with schedule, budget and quality through adequate control mechanisms such as status meetings and project reports
  • Ensure smooth transition of projects into the live environment
  • Provide consultancy to the business on how they can fulfil business requirements using current HDigital products
  • Evaluate alternatives and provide the 'best' solution for user identified issues/amendment requests

Your profile

  • >4 years demonstrable professional experience in IT environments
  • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent experience in an IT discipline
  • Experience in large enterprise level environments preferable
  • Experience in SAP Sales & Distribution area is an advantage
  • Good knowledge on the IDOC Interfaces and good understanding of XML schemes
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of management and develop business partnerships
  • Preferably qualified in the areas of service delivery (e.g. ITIL) and project management (e.g. Prince2)
  • Pro-active and methodical working style with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Customer focused and service oriented
  • High analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Able to work well in an international team, whilst being able to escalate issues and manage own time
  • Willingness to travel internationally
