Route 531 is a motorway just north of Tel Aviv in the Sharon region of Israel. The total length of the road is about 17 kilometres, and it has capacity for four to six lanes of traffic. In the middle of these runs a railroad line. Construction of the road included the creation of 10 interchanges and 36 bridges.

The works were done by the National Roads Company. The road was gradually inaugurated beginning 2015.

HeidelbergCement subsidiary Hanson Israel delivered building materials for the construction of Route 531.
