Delivery Manager (f/m/d) Infrastructure & Operations

The Delivery Manager Infrastructure & Operations (IO) effectively supports product teams in consistently fulfilling their delivery commitments. This role empowers product teams to self-organize, maintain flexibility, and achieve maximum productivity throughout sprints and OKR cycles.

As a member of the Digital IO Product Management Team, the Delivery Manager IO provides guidance and mentorship to product team members.

Your next challenge

  • Establish Agility Practises in Microsoft Cloud focuses team
  • Establish Agile Methods: Implement agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban or OKR, within our Microsoft Cloud-focused team, promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation
  • Foster Collaboration: Create an environment of continuous feedback and collaboration among team members, breaking down silos and encouraging shared responsibility
  • Drive Innovation: As part of the Product Team, you contribute to move to a cloud based Infrastructure
  • Promote Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, regularly reviewing and adapting our practices to meet changing needs and circumstances
  • Champion Agility: Be an evangelist for agility within the infrastructure organization, demonstrating its benefits and how it can be integrated with our cloud-focused approach
  • Adapt to Change: Embrace the inherent uncertainty and flexibility of Agile, and help the team to navigate changes and adapt quickly
  • Measure Success: Define and track metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of our agility practices, using this data to drive continuous improvement
  • Strengthen the Agile Mindset: Encourage and facilitate an agile mindset within the team, promoting values like respect, openness, courage, and commitment


Your profile

  • Certified Scrum Master
  • Certified OKR Master
  • Proven track record running Agile in complex environments
  • Experience working in a large company that is still in its early phase of agile is desired
  • Experience in facilitating tailored workshops and learning sessions at various organizational levels
  • Strong networking and network-building skills
  • Understanding of team dynamics and change management
  • Practical knowledge of agile methods to facilitate scrum ceremonies
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of software engineering and data science workflows is a plus
